What's behind the Dupixent claims?

Dupixent (dupilumab) is a biologic injection made by Regeneron and Sanofi, prescribed for atopic dermatitis (eczema), asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and several other inflammatory conditions. Lawsuits allege that Dupixent use is linked to the development or acceleration of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) — rare cancers that affect white blood cells — and that patients weren't adequately warned of this risk.

In June 2026, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation consolidated the federal Dupixent cases into a new MDL in the District of New Jersey, before Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, transferring the first wave of pending cases and identifying additional related lawsuits for future consolidation. The litigation is structured as an MDL rather than a class action, meaning each plaintiff's case and compensation is evaluated individually.

Frequently asked questions

Is there still time to file a Dupixent claim?

Filing deadlines vary by state and depend on when your diagnosis was made. With the federal cases now consolidated into an MDL and more claims being identified for transfer, it's worth checking with an attorney about your specific timeline sooner rather than later.
