Indivior faces nearly 18,000 federal Suboxone dental-injury lawsuits, consolidated in an MDL in the Northern District of Ohio. Both sides selected 15 representative bellwether case candidates by July 13, 2026, with the court planning to narrow those to four final bellwethers by June 2027 — the first trial isn't currently expected before March 2028. No settlements have been announced yet.
